Editor:
I read about the “Coalition for Ethics and Accountability in Government” group in the Clipper on June 25, and the group’s press release.
It is my opinion that if Mr. Novak or others want to run for a city office they should do so without starting out with a slur campaign of innuendos.
I am appreciative of the services of those serving Bountiful and progress made over the 31 years I have lived here.
Mr. Hardy is valuable as a manager. I remember his work back in 1983 during the flood. I’m glad he didn’t take the job with the Olympics when it was offered.
I know Mayor Johnson to be honorable and honest and doing what he can for the good of Bountiful.
I also thank those who beautifully care for the plantings and parks. It’s a joy to live in Bountiful.
Keep up the good work.
